Figma has partnered with Anthropic to introduce 'Code to Canvas,' a feature that bridges AI-generated code with Figma's design workflow. Announced Tuesday, the tool allows teams to refine AI-produced interfaces directly within Figma, maintaining creative control despite the rise of agentic coding tools like Claude Code. The MOVE signals Figma's bet on the enduring role of human design in an AI-driven development landscape.

Anthropic simultaneously rolled out Claude Sonnet 4.6 as the default model for both free and paid users. The upgraded AI demonstrates enhanced capabilities in coding, design, and knowledge work, featuring a beta 1M token context window. Pricing remains unchanged from the previous Sonnet 4.5 iteration, starting at $3/$15 per million tokens for Pro users.
